Duties:
Based in the office in Frankfurt am Main you will focus on:
- Development of a cargo sales strategy Germany, Austria, Switzerland to Russia
- Maintain a level of existing business and generate new business opportunities with General Sales Agents and forwarding companies;
- Work closely with the regional sales teams in Russia to achieve best practice in account management and prospecting.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and win customers
- Analyse potential markets and customer needs
- Conduct customer presentations
- Internal/External controlling of customer's satisfaction
- Negotiate and close contracts
- Ensure preparation of annual sales budget
- Prepare Monthly Report on sales status
- Define quarterly department targets in line with the companys targets
- Evaluate quarterly achievements of sales targets
- Active participation in Management meetings
- Identify processes improvement opportunities
Requiered Skills:
- Minimum 5 + years proven sales experience in cargo business and forwarding companies
- Relevant cargo market knowledge (Europe to Russia) as well as coordination with GSAs, forwarding companies and management processes
- Analytical use of information and cost/benefit analysis
- Customer focus and ability to prioritise customer needs
- Sales and presentation techniques
- Negotiating/Dealing
- Result oriented
- Very good communication and interpersonal relations skills
- Leadership skills
- Available to travel world-wide
- Fluent in English and German
